7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Oficina Verde in writing before the withdrawal period expires.

The customer is responsible for returning the products in their original condition.

Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned products or proof of return.

Exceptions

Due to their perishable nature, live plants may not be eligible for return once delivered unless they arrive damaged or defective, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Customized products, made-to-order items, and bespoke design services are not eligible for withdrawal rights where permitted by law.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect products upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy.
